My story is a winding one, and I am more than just one thing. But this I can say for sure: my passion for wellness, optimal health, and holistic healing is more than just a core value— it’s a way of life.
I’m a native New Yorker (Manhattan born & raised, and my parents still live there today), and an Aries. So needless to say, I’ve always been a bit of a fire cracker, with the need for movement ingrained into my bones. At first, this looked like Division 1 Lacrosse in college. Then it turned into a love of workout classes in my 20’s, and now, in my 30’s, hiking and strength training have my heart.
When my parents got divorced, physical movement didn’t cut it anymore. Meditation and spirituality helped me cope with the loss of my family unit as I knew it growing up, and build resilience to navigate my new reality with grace, compassion, and meaning.
This led me to pursue a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Education from Columbia University so I could understand the mind in a traditional way. I’ve never been one to walk the traditional path, however, (must be that Aquarius moon & rising…), and something felt off after graduation.
I lost my way there for a minute, trying to make my interest in how we tick more palatable to the masses with a masters degree (no regrets). But the moment I returned to myself – the energetically inclined, mystical seeker – I realized that you cannot tend to the mind and the human without addressing the spirit and soul.
I started my energy practice working with the spirit of the cosmos as an astrologer. I later expanded my work to include multiple energy modalities including Reiki, The Emotion Code, and Energy Mapping. Learn more about my journey to energy work here.
Flash forward to 2022: I developed unexplainable skin issues and other symptoms that forced me to get to know my body and physical health on a deeper level. I was always a wellness junkie – I still remember standing in the tiny kitchen of my first NYC apartment, making my first smoothie – but this was a major turning point. Nutrition, eating well, and living a healthy life transformed from hobbies into healing tools. I also spent dedicated time nourishing my body with energy medicine because I knew my symptoms weren’t just physical. Energetic, emotional, and mental imbalances lead to physical dis-ease.
The final piece of the puzzle? Functional nutrition & advanced lab testing.
I wanted answers. And within months – in part thanks to complementary energy medicine I gave myself religiously – my skin was clear, my nervous system felt supported & nourished by root cause clarity (finally) from advanced labs, and I knew the nutrition & lifestyle changes that best supported my body’s optimal health.
I have seen remarkable results in my energy medicine practice, and I know firsthand that data is an incredibly valuable and irreplaceable piece of your healing journey.
Your body is an inherently wise, self-healing system. Whatever you are experiencing is not just a symptom— it is a communication signal that something in your body, mind, emotions, or spirit needs tending to.
I believe true holistic care should include the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.
You deserve true holistic care that addresses all of you. From personal experience and training in Functional Nutrition, Advanced Lab Testing, and Energy Medicine, I’m here to help.
