I am passionate about (okay, obsessed with) functional nutrition & advanced lab testing because it is the thing that helped me get to the root of unexplained body symptoms and dis-ease.

It took me a year of struggling with a mystery face rash – not to mention the emotional & mental stress that comes with relentless symptoms – before I turned to functional nutrition & lab testing for answers. Within months, my skin was clear, my nervous system felt supported & nourished by answers (finally) from advanced lab testing, and I knew the nutrition & lifestyle changes that best supported my body’s optimal health.

Before that, I was (and still am) an Energy Healer. I believe that true holistic care must include the energetic & spiritual alongside the physical, emotional, and mental. But I learned firsthand that data is an incredibly valuable piece of your healing journey.
