Each week you’ll receive an Energy Tune Up to recalibrate your system, plus an audio recap of what came up. You’ll get clarity and care around what you’re navigating from an energetic perspective, and you can put down the weight of figuring it all out yourself.
How Energy Tune Ups work:
Energy Tune Ups are delivered weekly, because one tune up is just a taste. The real magic happens as each tune up unfolds, week after week. Weekly lets us go deeper, follow the threads of energy, and access a field of information beyond what the mind can grasp.
Your first tune up is dedicated to whatever feels loudest for you right now.
Once you receive your audio recap, reach out within 24 hours with questions or anything new you’re noticing. I’ll answer the quick questions by message, and we’ll distill everything else into a single focus for next week’s tune up, based on which breadcrumbs from the energy you want to follow.

Tune ups use Integrative Energy Mapping™ (IEM), a modality that brings multiple energy practices together into one comprehensive practice. I’ve trained in IEM™ for 2 years and practiced it for 3. I’m also a 2x Reiki Master, and I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology & Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Pricing
Energy Tune Ups happen weekly and are billed monthly: $297/month, with a 1-month minimum. Your payment renews automatically each month.
Want to stop? Just let me know at least a week before your next billing date, and you’ll still get every tune up for the month you’ve paid for.
Never had an Energy Tune Up before? Try your first tune up on its own for $77 (one time only). If you keep going, your $77 goes toward the usual $297 monthly price, so you only pay $220 more for the rest of month one.
