I’m the energy worker who also flops onto the couch at night to enthusiastically watch football with her husband.

My career began in marketing (events first, SoulCycle studios second), transitioned into psychology (MA from Columbia University), expanded into astrology, and finally found its home: energy work.

I thought my psychology degree would be “it” for me. But I could never shake the feeling that something was missing, that there was more out there. Astrology entered my life on a whim, and it helped me find what I was looking for: a way to tend to the soul.

Then, a few years in, I started to notice a pattern with the stars.

Astrology was riddled with fear mongering, and ultimately a bit limiting. Why only use one language (the cosmos) for understanding and processing energy?

It was tough at the time to realize that astrology wasn’t the thing but instead my gateway drug into the larger world of all things mystical, magical, weird, and wonderful— energy work.

This level of care is something you feel rather than comprehend. It lives outside the linear, logical, and straightforward, allowing for magic, emotion, and a rhythmic, cyclical way of being. 

But to keep things simple: if you feel drawn to it, energy work is for you.
