To complimenting our growing bodies with an expanding, curious mind. But as we get older, there’s a shift. Learning morphs from joyous and inquisitive into undesirable, embarrassing and taxing.
Why the Golden Rule Isn't Enough
In conversation this week I was reminded of the Golden Rule. You know the one: Treat others as you’d like to be treated. When it comes to interacting with others in any scenario — work, personal, or somewhere in between — I think it’s a pretty good north star. It reminds us to see ourselves in others. And to keep common decency and humanity in mind. But I have to be honest. I also think something is missing.
