Here’s how a Spirit Stack works:
You receive 1 tune up per week on Mondays; 4 week minimum per stack.
Tune ups are 20-30 minutes in length, entirely remote, and asynchronous. This means that we do not meet live and there is no set session time. You don’t have to stop what you’re doing or add another thing to your calendar to receive care.
Tune ups feature Integrative Energy Mapping™ (IEM), an energy modality that weaves together multiple traditions of energy medicine, healthcare, personal development, and relational awareness into a single, coherent practice. Sofia has completed 2 year-long trainings in Integrative Energy Mapping™ and been practicing it for 3 years. She is also a 2x Reiki Master.
Tune up recaps will be delivered as an audio file (~5-10 minutes) via the Telegram app by 8pm ET on Monday of each week.
You can choose a Spirit Stack for a specific focus: love/relationships, money, career, health (physical), health (mental/emotional), or other (your choice!). Each stack will have one focus for the entire 4 weeks (i.e. you cannot do money one week, love the next, etc.).
Spirit stacks are designed to be ‘one way’ in nature. This means you will receive your tune up recap each week, but your stack does not include coaching or in-depth integration support. If you would like to add on coaching & integration support, you can do so here for an additional flat rate of $199/month (billed seperately). Coaching will be delivered via Telegram, M-F, 9am-6pm MT.
